What is Dropshipping?Dropshipping or Drop Shipping is a tool allowing you to sell high-quality merchandise without having to stock inventory or ship the merchandise to your customers. You sell the products through your web site or catalog and once you receive an order, send the order and shipment information to JDS and we handle the rest. Since we stock the products in our warehouse, we are able to personalize, pack and ship the merchandise directly to your customer. You earn a profit on the difference between the low wholesale price and the retail price.

What all do I need to qualify?
We need a completed JDS New Customer Application with Tax ID/Resale ID and credit card number. Once you have established yourself with JDS, you may apply for Net 10 Credit Terms.
Am I able to Sell Your Products on auction sites, such as Ebay?Yes.
How can I find a specific product on the Web site that I saw in your product catalog?
To find a specific product, use our Search feature, found in the upper left hand corner of each page. Type in the item number listed in the catalog (GC117) or search by product type (glassware) or product name (flask) and hit 'Go' to submit your search.
Am I able to create my own pricing?
Yes. We provide a suggested retail price, but you are able to set your own pricing, sales and promotions without exceeding a 25% discount off of the MSRP.
How long does it take to process an order?
Once we receive your order, each order usually ships within 2-3 business days. Candles and favors ship within 5 business days.
Do you drop ship outside the US?
We provide limited international drop shipping to Canada, the Virgin Island and Puerto Rico.
What is your return policy?We stand behind our products and are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any defective or damaged merchandise. Our guarantee includes exchanges only. No refunds are available on personalized items. Items without personalization may incur a restocking fee. Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 7 business days of delivery date. No exceptions.
Please keep in mind, PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason after event date, regardless if they are defective or damaged, as JDS cannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise. Any defective or damaged merchandise you wish to exchange must have a JDS issued RA NUMBER before returning.
